• Prices quoted are for well-groomed pets that are comfortable being handled.
• To ensure a smooth experience, a £10 deposit is required for new clients to secure their first appointment.
• Additional charges may apply for pets requiring extensive grooming due to matting or flea treatment.
• I kindly ask that you inform me if you suspect your pet has fleas beforehand so I can accommodate their needs accordingly.

Cancellation Policy.

• I kindly request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
